All Sales Are Final
All merchandise is sold “as is, where is.” No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless specifically stated in writing.
Reservation Deposit
A refundable deposit is required to reserve an order or viewing. This deposit is mandatory and helps us prevent no-shows and unserious inquiries. The deposit will be fully applied toward your purchase or refunded if the appointment is canceled with adequate notice.
Condition of Merchandise
All items are sourced from overstock and liquidation inventory. While many are in brand-new condition, some items may have minor imperfections due to previous handling. We make every effort to describe lot conditions accurately.
Payment Terms

Shipping & Handling
Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges. Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight, size, and delivery destination.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance
WHOLESALE TOOL PALLET provides signature confirmation on all high-value shipments. Optional shipping insurance is available and strongly encouraged to protect your investment. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is declined.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
